- (have to agree here) you can't compare most amiga games to games like
- Hi-octane, because of it's use of things like texure maping, to get
- hi-octane to run slow on a P75 you probably have to run it in SVGA.

- The look and type of game don't mater to me, and to most people it
- will be gameplay that matters, I am still playing Civilsation and
- waiting for Civ 2, and I have fond memories of games like
- Carrier-command and defender (I stopt after wave 400+).
- Games which have tons of gamesplay not looks.

- I see the makers of things like babilon 5 are mere hobbyist, that is
- nice to know.

- I have.. I find Corol draw to bloated (how many Mb's does it use i
- can't remember), on the other hand Photoshop is nice and small, and is
- very powerfull aspecialy with Kai-powertools.
- I have never used Photogenics or Xipaint , but i have used TV-paint
- Jr. on a A500 with Avideo framebuffer and 68030 25MHz turboboard no
- CoPro and NO 32-bit fast-ram, and it was one of the fastest and most
- powerful 24-bit paint programs i have seen (it handled 24-bit brushes
- with transparency in olmost real time very impressive) can't do that
- in photoshop on my dx2 .
